Code of conduct

 

It is now a natural world connected to the world of the Internet. Share various information and spread friends around the world. However, diversity can also lead to communication problems and dissatisfaction. Therefore, we ask the members who participate in this forum to comply with some basic principles. This forum at Shinobue no Sato is the basic principle for making communication and collaboration, an optimal playground, and a place for activities.

This Code of Conduct does not cover all prohibited matters. It is intended to be used as a guideline for understanding the intent of the norm and acting comfortably with each other. In addition to its literal meaning, we would appreciate it if you could work in line with the spirit of this Code of Conduct.

  • Pay respect:  Sometimes everyone disagrees. However, disagreements are not a reason for improper behavior or manners. Everyone can sometimes be dissatisfied. However, pay homage to the other person so that you do not make a personal attack due to dissatisfaction.

  • Patience Behavior: You may not immediately respond to the questions, suggestions, etc. you post . Be patient and act with community norms in mind. One reminder is fine, but it's not a good idea to remind you many times in a row in a short period of time. Posting the same question to multiple threads is also annoying, so refrain from doing so.

  • Be polite: Treat the members of your community politely and respectfully. Aggressive comments regarding gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion are not permitted. Posting sexual images in public space, suggesting actual violence or violence, threatening, oppressing, stalking, harassing, harassing with photos or recordings, persistent obstruction to conversations or events, inappropriate Sexual attention, which is considered physical contact or harassment, is not tolerated.

  • Communicate effectively: Words may be interpreted differently depending on the social and cultural background of the individual. Presenting and understanding the context is very important.
