Flow from ordering to delivery
STEP 1:
Application
Please fill in the required items (name and date of birth when you were born) on the application form (click the photo above to open it).
STEP2 :
Transfer (order)
The transfer method is Paypal. Please contact us if you would like to make a bank transfer.
After confirming the transfer, the order will be officially placed. After that, we will proceed to production.
STEP3 :
Composition / sound source creation
It will take about a month to start composing and arranging.
STEP4 :
Completion and delivery of music
It takes about one and a half months from the date of application to delivery. When the song is completed, we will send you the score (PDF) and fortune-telling certificate (PDF) along with the URL of the performance video of Toki Tatara using a file service.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation before payment, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation after payment, no refund will be given regardless of the progress of the song. However, this may not be the case depending on the reason for cancellation and circumstances.
